Laura was born in Essex but moved to Bristol complete her dental training, where she qualified in 2012. She moved to Leeds to undertake her foundation dental training and worked in a small village in North Yorkshire.
Between 2014 and 2016 Laura worked for the Cambridgeshire Community Dental Service and provided dental care for adults and children with special needs. Here, she also provided emergency dental care for patients with dental pain. In 2016 Laura gained a Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (Edinburgh) and moved to Brighton to be closer to family.
Laura has a particular interest in minimally invasive and preventative dentistry. She enjoys getting to know her patients and is keen to put anxious patients at ease, trying to help them overcome their fears. Laura aims to provide high quality dentistry in a relaxed environment. She is a certified provider of the Invisalign Go system and has recently completed a PG Diploma in Restorative Dentistry through the Tipton Training Academy. Continuing her professional development is very important and something she has begun to thoroughly enjoy.
In her free time, Laura enjoys pottering on her allotment and finding new recipes to try with the produce she’s grown. She loves socialising with friends and family and especially enjoys spending time on the beach in the summer.
Made me feel at ease
I have a huge fear of dentists, and hadn't been in a long time. I had to have a tooth extracted and I was very nervous and they did everything they could to make me feel at ease and it go as smoothly as possible. They where lovely and patient with me, even though I was clearly scared and nervous. Every member of staff was welcoming and kind. It made something really scary, so so easy.. It was over so quickly too ! I couldn't recommend this place enough. Thank you !!!
Ilias was born in Thessaloniki (Greece) in 1977 and qualified from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2003. He moved to Brighton in 2004 and has worked there ever since.
Michael studied at Guy's Dental Hospital, University of London from 1973. He completed a BSc in Basic Medical Science before qualifying as a Dental Surgeon in 1979.
